GOD BLESS THE PARENTS THAT DRUGGED US!

The other day someone at the store in our town read that a Methamphetamine lab had been found in a old farm house in the adjoining county and he asked me a theoretical question.

"Why didn't we have a drug problem when you and I were growing up?"

I replied "I had a drug problem when I was young:"
I was drug to CHURCH on sunday morning, I was drug to CHURCH for weddings and funerals. I was drug to FAMILY reunions and community socials no matter the weather.

I was drug by my EARS when I was disrespectful to adults, I was also drug to the WOODSHED when I disobeyed my parents, told a lie, brought home a bad report card, did not speak with RESPECT, spoke ill of the teacher or preacher, or if I didn't put forth my BEST EFFORT in everything that was asked of me.

I was drug to the kitchen sink to have my mouth washed out with soap if I uttered a profanity.

I was drug out to pull weeds in mom's garden and flowerbeds and cockle burrs out of dad's fields.

I was drug to the homes of FAMILY, FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS TO HELP out some poor soul who had no one to mow the yard, repair the clothesline, or chop some firewood and if my mother had ever known that I took a single dime as a tip for the KINDNESS, She would have drug me back to the WOODSHED.

Those drugs are still in my veins and they affect my behavior in everything I do, Say, or think. They are stronger than cocaine, crack, or heroin and if today's chldren had this kind of drug problem America would be a better place!

GOD BLESS THE PARENTS WHO DRUGGED THEIR CHILDREN!!!!!!

I am God. Today I will be handling all of your problems. Please remember that I do not need your help. If life happens to deliver a situation to you that you cannot handle, DO NOT attempt to resolve it. Kindly put it in the something for God to do box. It will be addressed in MY time, NOT yours. Once the matter is placed into the box, DO NOT hold on to it. If you find yourself stuck in traffic; DON'T DESPAIR. There are people in this world for whom driving is an unheard of privilege.

Should you have a bad day at work; Think of the man who has been out of work for years.

Should you despair over a relationship gone bad; Think of the person who has never known what it's like to love and be loved in return.

Should you grieve the passing of another weekend; Think of the woman in dire straits, working twelve hours a day, seven days a week to feed her children.

Should your car break down, Leaving you miles away from assistance; Think of the paraplegic who would love the opportunity to take that walk.

should you notice a new gray hair in the mirror; Think of the cancer patient in the chemo who wishes she had hair to examine.

Just remember I AM GOD AND I WILL TAKE CARE OF THINGS!!!!
